The Aquatrend Phosphate kit includes 50 powder pillows, two vials and a card with directions.

Packaged in a sturdy plastic bottle. The test gives accurate results after only 60-seconds, and measures phosphate from 0 to 1000 parts per billion.

The plastic bottle provides better protection for the powder pillows and vials against both moisture and damage from everyday use.”

Phosphates are the major factor in algae growth.  No matter how much chlorine you have you may still get algae. By removing these phosphates algae growth can be eliminated. Check your phosphates levels whenever you notice your chlorine level keeps going down.
