Shipping Information
In most instances, your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service.  A physical address or Post Office Box must be provided with your order. 

In some instances (packages weighing over 1 pound ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail our choice) orders will be shipped via  United Parcel Service. A physical address must be provided with your order.  No orders can be sent to a  Post Office Box.

For orders with a U.S.A. billing and shipping destination, Lambert's Home Services, LLC shipping department will select the method of shipment appropriate to the merchandise ordered, and will accommodate rush shipments by air at an additional charge (when regulations permit). Hazardous materials are shipped according to applicable transportation regulations. FOB shipping point is Bristol, Indiana (United States). Lambert's Home Services, LLC reserves the right to approve carriers, modes of transportation and routing of products. Delivery is complete when Lambert's Home Services, LLC places the shipment with the first carrier. Shipments in transit are the responsibility of the buyer. Should your purchase not reach its U.S.A. destination, call 574-596-6124 for assistance in tracking your shipment. If freight appears to be damaged upon receipt, do not accept it from the carrier. If acceptance has been completed and hidden damage is discovered, contact the carrier for assistance in filing a claim.

All export orders must be prepaid by one of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
 

Returns

  • Please check your order immediately upon delivery.  Only unused, unopened and undamaged items may be returned.
  • Any wrong items sent by Lambert's Home Services, LLC will be accepted back with no cost to the customer.
  • To return an item, call in advance to advise of the return.  Be sure to inform of the reason for the return. This will ensure that you receive proper credit or exchange.
  • A minimum 15% restocking fee. No returns after 10 days.
