Shipping Information
In most instances, your order will be shipped
via United States Postal Service. A physical address or Post Office Box
must be provided with your order.
In some instances (packages weighing over
13oz ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail our choice) orders will be
shipped via United Parcel Service. A physical address must be provided
with your order. No orders can be sent to a Post Office Box.
For orders with a U.S.A. billing and
shipping destination, Lambert's Home Services, LLC shipping department
will select the method of shipment appropriate to the merchandise ordered,
and will accommodate rush shipments by air at an additional charge (when
regulations permit). Hazardous materials are shipped according to
applicable transportation regulations. FOB shipping point is Bristol,
Indiana (United States). Lambert's Home Services, LLC reserves the right
to approve carriers, modes of transportation and routing of products.
Delivery is complete when Lambert's Home Services, LLC places the shipment
with the first carrier. Shipments in transit are the responsibility of the
buyer. Should your purchase not reach its U.S.A. destination, call
574-596-6124 for assistance in tracking your shipment. If freight appears
to be damaged upon receipt, do not accept it from the carrier. If
acceptance has been completed and hidden damage is discovered, contact the
carrier for assistance in filing a claim.
PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
Our 10-day return policy gives you
plenty of time to consider your purchase, so you can be sure you made
the right decision.
All Electronics
(meters, strip readers) sales are final! The manufacture my choose to
replace or repair, at there option providing there is no evidence of
customer misuse, or alteration. Please see paper work provided with
product for manufacturer warranty.
To Return or exchange merchandise, please
contact our customer service department by calling 574-596-6124,
and under no
circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized. A
representative will give you a return authorization number. Please enter
this number at the top of our Return Authorization Form. You can

At
Lamberts home services, LLC, we take pride in our products and want you
to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely
satisfied for any reason, please return the unused merchandise
within 10 days of the date it was shipped to you, and we will issue
a refund of your purchase price or make the exchange of your choice.
All returns accepted by us for refund
are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please make sure you want the
product you order.
Please indicate the reason for the
return and the action to be taken (exchange or refund). For your
protection, please insure your package for its full value.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent via freight, collect, or
COD. Customers wishing to make a return are responsible for the costs
associated with shipping the product back to our facilities.
Once we receive your returned item and
it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within 7-10
business day. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by
our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items showing signs
of wear or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. The
returned item must be in saleable condition, meaning it must be in the
same condition in which you received it.
